Information and purpose

When you make an inquiry or book a discovery call, Tempero collects the contact, company, project and scheduling information you choose to provide. Tempero uses it to review your request, arrange the appointment and respond. Please do not send passwords, government identifiers or sensitive customer records through these forms.

Cloudflare hosts this website. HighLevel processes the linked forms, contacts and appointments, and the Tempero Google calendar supports scheduling and conflict checks. These providers process information needed to provide those services. Website providers may process technical connection and security information.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. Tempero uses it to measure visits to these public pages. The website sends page addresses without query strings or fragments, a referring website origin when available, and the information Google Analytics processes to measure visits. Form answers, inquiry details and contact information are not included in this website's Analytics events. Enhanced measurement and advertising personalization are disabled in this setup.

Your Analytics choice is stored in this browser. You can change it through Analytics settings in the footer. Declining Analytics does not prevent browsing, inquiries or bookings. On withdrawal, the website disables Analytics and removes accessible Analytics cookies. Other browsers and devices keep their own choices. SMS choices

Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not subscribe you to SMS. The proposed appointment and inquiry SMS program requires a separate, optional consent choice and carrier approval before messages begin. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to support the messaging service. See the SMS terms.

Retention and requests

Tempero keeps inquiry and appointment information while needed to handle the request, provide services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact joshua@temperoconsulting.com about access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. A request may require verification and may be limited by recordkeeping obligations.
